Every weekend, I try to spend time cooking a more elaborate meal since weekdays are usually really busy. Tonight, I tried out a new dish entitled, "Roast Pork Tenderloin with a Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms."
This is a pretty good dish to make if you're cooking for one because there's plenty of leftovers which you can use throughout the week.
